Jacqueline Beaumont joined Call & Jensen in April 2010. Ms. Beaumont represents companies in all aspects of commercial business litigation and employment law including misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, unfair competition, class action wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and discrimination cases. She also regularly provides pro bono representation, receiving the Wiley W. Manuel award each year from 2007 through 2009 for her work including obtaining successful jury and bench trial verdicts on behalf of pro bono clients.
Ms. Beaumont received her J.D. in 2007 from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, where she was a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Western Regional Championship team and a senior editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law. During law school, Ms. Beaumont also served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable John T. Noonan, Jr. on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California.
Ms. Beaumont obtained a B.A. in International Relations, cum laude, from the University of California, Davis, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to attending law school, she worked with public relations firms in San Francisco and Beijing, and studied at the Institut d’Études Politiques in Paris. Prior to joining Call & Jensen, Ms. Beaumont was an associate with Morrison & Foerster LLP.
