Todd C. Bouton joined Call & Jensen in 2010. Prior to joining Call & Jensen, Mr. Bouton practiced business litigation and employment litigation at Payne & Fears LLP, where his practice focused primarily on misappropriation of trade secrets cases, partnership and business disputes, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty claims, employment disputes, and complex litigation.
Mr. Bouton obtained his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2004, where he served as an Executive Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Mr. Bouton received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 2000. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Bouton clerked for the Honorable William B. Shubb, United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of California. During his last year of law school, Mr. Bouton interned in the Essex County District Attorney’s Office, where he argued suppression motions and served as a prosecutor for a bench trial.
