Mark L. Eisenhut was recently named
one of the top 50 lawyers in
Orange County,
California by Law & Politics and
the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine, in the 2009
publication of Super Lawyers. Mr. Eisenhut is a
shareholder with Call & Jensen. He specializes in
complex civil litigation matters, with an emphasis in business,
employment, and real estate related matters. He graduated
with distinction from Stanford Law School, after receiving his Bachelor
degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara,
with highest honors, and with
departmental distinction, in 1989. At Stanford,
Mr. Eisenhut was president of the Moot Court Board, a founding
editor of the Journal of Law, Business & Finance, a teaching
assistant for Stanford’s “Accounting for Lawyers” course, a
research assistant for cutting edge articles regarding
derivative securities investments, and he received academic
achievement awards. Mr. Eisenhut served as law clerk for
the Honorable Linda H. McLaughlin, U.S. District Court, Central
District of California, Southern Division, before joining the
firm. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator for
Franchise Arbitration and Mediation Services (FAM). Mr.
Eisenhut is proficient in Japanese.
Mr. Eisenhut has prevailed as lead trial
counsel in a wide range of cases, including employment, real
estate, product liability, trade secrets, intellectual property,
class actions, and other complex business disputes.
Mr. Eisenhut is a frequent lecturer,
including recent invitations to present continuing legal
education seminars on “Winning the Class Certification Battle,”
“7 Keys to Successfully Defending Wrongful Termination Claims,”
“Litigating the Class Action Lawsuit in California,” “Conducting
Depositions in California: Practical Strategies that Win Cases”
and other similar engagements.

all state and federal courts throughout
California.
