Mark L. Eisenhut was named one of the top 50 lawyers in Orange County, California by Law & Politics and the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine, in both the 2009 and 2010 publications of Super Lawyers.  Mr. Eisenhut is a shareholder with Call & Jensen.  He specializes in complex civil litigation matters, with an emphasis in business, employment, and real estate related matters.  He graduated with distinction from Stanford Law School, after receiving his Bachelor degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with highest honors, and with departmental distinction, in 1989.  Among his many accomplishments at Stanford, Mr. Eisenhut was president of the Moot Court Board, a founding editor of the Journal of Law, Business & Finance, a teaching assistant for Stanford’s “Accounting for Lawyers” course, and a research assistant for cutting edge articles regarding derivative securities investments.  Mr. Eisenhut served as law clerk for the Honorable Linda H. McLaughlin, U.S. District Court, Central District of California, Southern Division, before joining the firm.  He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator for Franchise Arbitration and Mediation Services (FAM).  Mr. Eisenhut is proficient in Japanese. 

 

Mr. Eisenhut has prevailed as lead trial counsel in a wide range of cases, including employment, real estate, product liability, trade secrets, intellectual property, franchise, Americans with Disabilities, class actions, and other complex business disputes. 

 

Mr. Eisenhut is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts throughout California.
