News Update:  Mr. Ferrell recently: 1) won a $47.4 million punitive damages verdict in the Nortel Networks v. Practice: Mr. Ferrell is a trial lawyer who represents prominent companies in complex commercial cases and “bet the company” class actions. Education and Interests: Mr. Ferrell graduated cum laude from Georgetown Law School, where he served as a law review editor. He has served as lead counsel in hundreds of complex matters involving claims totaling several billion dollars. He is a frequent author, a recognized authority on trial strategy, and speaks fluent Spanish. He is an avid runner and swimmer, and has completed four marathons and nearly twenty half-marathons.
