David Goodman joined Call, Jensen, and Ferrell as an Associate in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goodman practiced at the Los Angeles office of Winston & Strawn, LLP. Mr. Goodman has experience in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters and significant experience in employment litigation including wage and hour class actions, sexual harassment and discrimination, wrongful termination, unfair competition, and public works cases. Mr. Goodman also has expertise in prospectively counseling clients for litigation avoidance, including conducting sexual harassment training, drafting employee handbooks, and advising the Professionals in Human Resources Association.
Mr. Goodman has represented clients in the banking, retail, construction, and medical industries.
Mr. Goodman received his undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Goodman graduated from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, Cum Laude, in 2006. He was Regional Champion in a national moot court competition and a founding member of Hastings' Business Law Journal. While at Hastings, Mr. Goodman also received awards for academic excellence and oral advocacy.
