James Hardin is one of the top young business litigators in Southern California. In recent years, Mr. Hardin has obtained over $65 million in verdicts and settlements for his clients and has won numerous defense victories in complex business disputes. Finally, for the fourth consecutive year, Mr. Hardin was named a “Rising Star” by the Los Angeles Magazine – a distinction recognizing two and one-half percent of attorneys under age 40 for excellence in the practice of law.
Mr. Hardin received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California in 1993 and Juris Doctorate degree from UCLA Law School in 1999. Before joining Call, Jensen & Ferrell in 2002, Mr. Hardin worked in the employment litigation department of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker and later joined DeWitt & Roberts, a Los Angeles firm specializing in business litigation. Mr. Hardin is licensed to practice law in state and federal courts in California.
