Matthew Orr graduated from Brigham Young University in 1995 with a Bachelor degree in Psychology. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley in 2000 and was a Moot Court Student Advisor. Mr. Orr was also a member of the University of California Technology Journal.
From 2000 until 2003, Mr. Orr practiced as an Associate with Latham & Watkins in their San Diego office, where he was a member of the firm's finance and real estate development department. Mr. Orr joined the firm in 2003.
