Associate Compensation
Associate compensation is competitive with major firms in the area.
We have a goal of 1800 billable hours per year for associates and shareholders. The firm is also willing to consider part-time or other creative compensation arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
Consideration for shareholder status occurs earlier than at major firms in the area. Clerks for Federal Courts and California Supreme Court are given credit for the period of their clerkship.
