Jessica A. Boschee joined Call & Jensen in August 2011. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Boschee was an associate with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in their Orange County office from 2005 to 2011 where she practiced in the firm’s Labor and Employment and Litigation Departments.

Ms. Boschee’s practice is dedicated to complex business litigation, with an emphasis on employment, securities, and false claims act litigation. Ms. Boschee has extensive experience representing corporations and individuals in all aspects of high stakes litigation, from motion practice and discovery to trial and appeals. She has represented clients from many industries, including proprietary education, retail, telecommunications, health care, and molecular diagnostics.

Ms. Boschee has also served as a volunteer Deputy District Attorney through the Orange County District Attorney’s Trial Attorney Partnership program.

Ms. Boschee graduated cum laude and Order of the Coif in 2005 from the University of San Diego School of Law. She was a Comments Editor for the San Diego Law Review. In 2002, she graduated cum laude from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Economics.

A long time resident of Orange County, Ms. Boschee is an active supporter of the Orange County United Way (“OCUW”). Ms. Boschee is the co-chair of the OCUW Emerging Tocqueville Leaders, an active member of OCUW Women Looking Forward, and serves on the planning committee for the OCUW Women’s Philanthropy Breakfast. Ms. Boschee also volunteers with the Orange County chapter of the Boys and Girls Club and has served on the planning committee for the Regional Youth of the Year Awards Dinner the past two years.

Ms. Boschee is admitted to practice in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California.
