Pamela McElroy represents clients in various civil litigation matters including labor & employment, business litigation, commercial litigation, and intellectual property. Prior to joining Call & Jensen, Ms. McElroy practiced in the litigation department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Diego office with a focus on securities and intellectual property litigation.

Ms. McElroy earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2009, where she was an Owens Dillard Scholar and served as an editorial board member of the Virginia Journal of International Law. Ms. McElroy received her Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics with a minor in French literature, magna cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego in 2003.
