Ms. Turner is a Senior Counsel at Call & Jensen. She is a corporate and transactional attorney who provides practical, day-to-day legal support to companies across a wide range of industries and at every stage of growth. She works closely with business teams to navigate the legal issues that arise in running and growing a business, offering clear, business-minded advice that helps clients move forward with confidence. Her practice encompasses a full range of corporate, commercial, and operational matters, with a focus on helping clients achieve their business objectives while effectively managing legal risk. She advises clients on corporate governance, commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, as well as employment and executive compensation matters and regularly drafts and negotiates vendor, service, technology, and intellectual property agreements, employment and separation agreements, and incentive compensation plans. Ms. Turner also counsels clients on digital operations and regulatory compliance, including website terms and privacy policies, advertising and marketing law, and consumer protection requirements.

Prior to joining Call & Jensen, Ms. Turner was VP of Legal at Kajabi, an attorney at Hodel Briggs Winter LLP, O’Melveny & Myers LLP (Orange County), Troutman Sanders LLP (Atlanta, GA), and Holland & Knight LLP (Tampa, FL). Ms. Turner graduated with High Honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she served as an Assistant Editor of the Florida Law Review. Ms. Turner received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida.
