Sally Costanzo represents employers in litigation matters, including wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, class actions, and PAGA actions. In addition, she represents employers in cases filed with administrative agencies, including the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. Sally also represents employers in mediation.

Ms. Costanzo advises employers in all areas of employment law, including wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, discipline and terminations, privacy issues, and employment policies/handbooks/procedures.

Ms. Costanzo attended the UCLA School of Law where she was on Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law. As a law student, she served as an Extern for the Honorable William J. Rea, U.S. District Judge, Central District of California, where she prepared memoranda for the Court on civil motions, prepared tentative rulings, and drafted Court orders. She has practiced employment law for more than 20 years and has worked at the law firms of Hahn & Hahn, Allen Matkins, Pillsbury Withrop, and FSG Lawyers before joining Call & Jensen.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Costanzo earned a Ph.D. in Social Psychology and conducted empirical research on psychological issues in the legal system.
