Stephanie Greenberg represents employers in wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination litigation, and advice and counsel matters. She has significant experience in all areas of employment law. Ms. Greenberg’s results include numerous favorable settlements for her clients and successful rulings on dispositive motions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Greenberg worked as an associate attorney at M.E.T.A.L. Law Firm/Law Offices of John W. Fagerholm where she represented employers in litigation and pre-litigation matters. Ms. Greenberg began her career advocating for plaintiffs in wage and hour class actions and wrongful termination claims, where she developed a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of class action procedure and both California and federal wage and hour laws. This experience allows Ms. Greenberg to better serve her corporate clients by anticipating opposing counsel’s strategy in litigation.

Ms. Greenberg earned her Juris Doctorate in 2018 from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Greenberg served as an editor on the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. Ms. Greenberg obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, San Diego.

Ms. Greenberg is licensed to practice law in California.
