Sean M. Han

Sean Han represents businesses and individuals in commercial litigation and employment matters. His practice includes contract and partnership disputes, business tort claims, and employment litigation involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and worker classification. Drawing on nearly nine years of courtroom experience as a former homicide prosecutor, Mr. Han approaches every matter with meticulous preparation and a trial-ready mindset. Having negotiated over a thousand high-stakes resolutions with opposing counsel and judges, Mr. Han brings a deep understanding of strategic negotiation and risk assessment.  

Before joining Call & Jensen, Mr. Han prosecuted the District Attorney’s most complex and serious cases in the Homicide Unit and Hardcore Gangs Unit. He took 26 jury trials to verdict, including 8 murder trials, successfully navigating difficult litigation challenges through strategic case development and effective witness examination. Several of Mr. Han’s cases have been featured in national and local news reports. 

Mr. Han earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law on a full scholarship. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Justice Jon B. Streeter of California’s First District Court of Appeal and wrote for the Journal of Transnational Law & Contemporary Problems.
