Staci Ann Clark

Staci Clark represents clients in various civil litigation matters, now focusing on employment and business disputes. She has successfully litigated discrimination claims under Title VII and California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, wrongful termination allegations, and wage-and-hour disputes. She is experienced in both single-plaintiff litigation, as well as class action and representative matters under California’s Private Attorneys General Act.

Prior to joining Call & Jensen, Ms. Clark practiced extensively in insurance defense litigation. She represented many of the country’s largest insurance providers on a variety of personal and commercial claims, many of which involved catastrophic losses. She assisted with all aspects of these cases, obtaining numerous favorable judgments and settlements for her clients. She effectively prepared many of her cases for trial, most of which resulted in complete defense verdicts.

Ms. Clark earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude. During law school, she served as judicial extern to the Honorable Andrew J. Guilford, United States District Court Judge for the Central District of California. She was also selected to be a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program, where she gained invaluable experience both prosecuting and defending cases at trial. Ms. Clark graduated with Honors from the University of California, Irvine, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Notably, Ms. Clark earned both her undergraduate and law degrees while working full-time during the day and attending classes at night.
