Zachary Wagner

Zachary Wagner represents clients in various civil litigation matters including labor & employment, business litigation, commercial litigation, and intellectual property.

Prior to joining Call & Jensen, Mr. Wagner practiced at a boutique labor and employment law firm focusing on representing aggrieved employees in a variety of matters. Throughout his career, he has managed cases in every phase, including pre-litigation, initial pleadings, discovery, preparing and opposing dispositive motions, mediation, settlement, and trial in state court and arbitration. He actively litigates and advocates for his clients to obtain the best results for them and now brings his litigation experience to Call & Jensen to represent plaintiffs and defendants.

Mr. Wagner earned his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School. While in law school, he received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was a Board Member of the Moot Court Honors Program. His team placed second in the Charleston School of Law National Moot Court Competition. In addition, Mr. Wagner participated in the Children’s Rights Clinic—representing children in various educational conferences, discipline hearings, and social security insurance appeal hearings. He also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk Extern for Assistant Presiding Family Law Judge Amy Pellman.

Mr. Wagner graduated from the University of Southern California where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Law.
