Mia Lomedico

Mia A. Lomedico is Senior Counsel with Call & Jensen. She concentrates her practice on labor and employment litigation and counseling, assisting clients from a wide range of industries and backgrounds. Mia is a passionate advocate for her clients during all phases of litigation within state and federal courts as well as private arbitration. In addition to developing and communicating overall case strategy and exposure, Mia is involved with her cases from the ground up preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and other necessary components of litigation. She obtained the first known order entirely exempting a union contractor from a representative lawsuit under the Private Attorneys General Act pursuant to Labor Code section 2699.6.

Mia has also prepared corporate policies, uniquely tailored employee handbooks, and conducted sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training for managerial and non-managerial employees alike.

Mia is a Member of the Board for the American Red Cross, Orange County Chapter and a member of the Client Services Committee for the Regional Center of Long Beach.

Mia worked full-time in compliance in the construction industry while earning her law degree from Western State Law School. She was the recipient of several academic scholarships and served as an Articles Editor for Law Review. She received her B.A. from Azusa Pacific University in Business Administration and Sociology where she traveled abroad throughout China and Europe.
